When's the last time you went to a West Valley restaurant at 8 o'clock on a midweek night and heard the hostess announce, "There's a half-hour wait." In retrospect, maybe I shouldn't have been quite so surprised. Affluent diners in the booming Arrowhead area are starving for good, independent restaurants, especially seafood restaurants, and casually upscale Hammerheads is satisfying their hunger.
